AA Pattaya Ville ★★★

Very friendly & helpfull staff. Pool only gets partial sun through the day in March. It's a good hotel but getting a little tired and could do with a refresh. There seemed to be only a few guests & hot water for the shower took a little time to come through. There was no safe in the room, but there were deposit boxes at reception, at no extra charge. The location may for some be a little further away from the busier parts of Pattaya. This is good in the respect that noise is not an issue.

The thing I did not like was the damage that COVID has done to this Hotel, it deserves to resurrect itself. I wish the proprietor my best wishes for the future.

At this budget it was fantastic

location it is off a small Soi off the the third road. lots of good restaurants at the end of the Soi and it is a 5 minute walk to Central Pattaya with all of its bars and nightlife

La piscine est très belle, le lit est très confortable, la chambre est spacieuse.

La chambre est extrêmement sale. Il a de la poussière partout dans les meubles et les serviettes avaient des taches noires. Il y avait même de la poussière dans le lit !!! C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et j'espérais avoir une chambre propre, du coup je ne reviendrai plus jamais.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und ruhig (ausser die Klima Anlage). Der Preis über booking.com ist sehr günstig. The rooms are very large and quiet (except for the air conditioning). The price on booking.com is very cheap.

Der Standort ist nicht wie angegeben an der Third Road, sondern etwa 300 Meter entfernt in einer nachts etwas zu ruhigen dunklen Strasse. Sollte es stark regnen steht die Strasse über einen halben Meter unter Wasser, was eine Zu- oder Wegfahrt (Airport?) unmöglich macht. Die Zimmer haben keinen Safe, und das Türschloss kann mit Hilfe eines Stück Plastiks ohne Schlüssel geöffnet werden. An der Rezeption gibt es aber Schliessfächer. Abends und in der Nacht ist kein Sicherheitspersonal vor Ort, und die beiden Frauen am Empfang sind schon um 22 Uhr am schlafen. Also wirklich sicher habe ich mich da nicht gefühlt. Obwohl über Nachricht bei booking.com versichert wurde, kann nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Der Motor der Klima Anlage ist sehr laut. Das WiFi ist meistens nur schwach oder auch mal ein Tag lang gar nicht vorhanden. Es gibt aber auch Momente wo es gut und schnell funktioniert. Trotz all dem, der Aufenthalt war sehr positiv. The location is not on Third Road as stated, but about 300 meters away on a dark street that is a bit too quiet at night. If it rains heavily, the street is more than half a meter under water, which makes it impossible to drive to or from the hotel. (problem when have to go to the airport). The rooms do not have a safety box and the door lock can be opened with a piece of plastic without the key. But there are lockers at the reception. In the evening and at night there is no security personnel on site, and the two women at the reception are asleep by 10 p.m. So I didn't really feel safe there. Although assured via message on booking.com, payment cannot be made by credit card. The air conditioner motor is very noisy. The WiFi is usually weak or not available sometimes for the whole day. But there are also moments where it works well and quickly. Despite all this, the stay was very positive.
